Design Assistant - Full time position working alongside the head designer. Looking for a positive and motivated person with knowledge of plant nomenclature and growing conditions both traditional and native plants. Drafting skills as well as familiarity with AutoCAD and Excel programs. Highly organized person with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining interpersonal skills and strong customer service.

Land Care Maintenance Manager - We are looking for an energetic, positive manager with extensive experience in land care, perennials and annuals care, as well as crew leadership skills. 3 years experience minimum. Interested in a long-term career.

Land Care Crew - Come join our seasonal full time fine garden maintenance team. We are looking for energetic, hardworking, physically fit, positive and team-oriented gardeners to join our team. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train.

Installation Crew - We are looking for full time, energetic, hardworking, positive, and team-oriented people to join our landscape installation team. Experience with native plants, garden installation, small machinery, stone work and maintenance is preferred. Need to be able to lift 50 lbs.
